Private Studio

Our private studio offers a fully-equipped space where your fitness journey can start with one of our friendly PT’s. We aim to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, unlike a big commercial gym, our space is exclusively for people being personal trained, giving a sense of privacy within a community.

Outdoor Bootcamps

For those who love the energy of group training and the fresh Scottish air, we also run outdoor bootcamps, providing an exciting alternative to classic sweaty indoor classes. Set against the backdrop of Glasgow’s beautiful parks and green spaces, the sessions combine cardio, plyometrics, mobility and team spirit. We are proud to be one of Scotland’s longest running outdoor bootcamps with over 15 years in the game.

Outdoor Bootcamps In Glasgow

For 15 years, we’ve been boosting fitness in Glasgow’s southside through our outdoor bootcamp. However, we’ve built more than just a bootcamp – we’ve created a thriving community, that still includes a number of our original members.

Our sessions combine: Bodyweight exercises – Plyometrics & sprint drillsCore – strengthening moves – Mobility work

Training outdoors in the Scottish elements isn’t just about fitness – it builds mental resilience and character. Our members love the invigoration of exercising in the fresh air, regardless of weather. We’ve carefully designed our classes to welcome all fitness levels, focusing on fundamental movements that ensure safe, effective workouts on varied terrain.
